We are a group of Bay Area property owners with extensive online marketing experience that have realized the revenue potential from short term rentals. We put together a marketing plan for our own rental units, and developed a streamlined process for managing the units. Since it has worked so well for us over the past 18 months, we are looking for select property owners to partner with and slowly expand our new business. Its that simple.
What we are looking for
- Property owners that directly own (not lease) 1 or more rental units in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Rental Properties that are located in the bay area and are suitable for either business travelers and/or vacations
- Vacant Land in vacation zones that could be converted for use by budget vacation travelers
